Kiss Builders Ltd.   is a new company formed by people who have specialized in real estate construction and inner city infill developments for over 30 years. With our experience beginning in 1973, our company started in the construction industry by completing many projects in the Greater Vancouver Area. We have now grown to Alberta and have been developing and building inner city commercial and residential projects here for 10 years.
Our mission    is to provide the market place with well thought out development designs, and our goal is to elevate and maintain values for our development and for the future of the surrounding community. We strive to work closely with community associations so that our projects meet or exceed local residents’ expectations.
